This is a Survey on Potential Threats to Media Freedom and Journalists’ Safety posed by the Lesotho Computer Crime and Cybersecurity Bill, 2022.

This research is conducted by MNN Centre for Investigative Journalism (MNNCIJ) and aims at gathering evidence on the extent to which Lesotho’s impending Computer Crime and Cybersecurity Act exposes reporters and investigative journalists to threats, victimisation, and reprisals. Responses will be anonymous for privacy.
